RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed;
• In its original condition;
• With tags and original packaging;
• Free from stains, odors, or damage.

Underwear, opened hygiene-sensitive products, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Customers must contact us before sending any item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before processing begins.
